Dongyuan Gulong Cheng
The location of this project is in the north of Gulong new village, Minhang District, the southeast district of Shanghai. There are External Highway Ring to the west, Xujiahui Commercial Center to the east, Jinjiang Wonderland and #1, #3 Metro Lines to the south, Hongqiao International Airport to the north. Its geographical location is excellent and therefore has great potential to grow in terms of investment return. The site of Gulong Cheng has a shape of rectangle, bounded on the east by Hongmei Road, on the west by Lianhua Road, on the south by Gulong Road (Planning), and on the north by Pingnan Road (Planning). The total size is about 29.43 hectares, among which 20.79 hectares for residences. On the north there will be a 70-meter wide landscape style 220KV power distribution corridor with a 28-meter wide Caohejing River inside.
